Drawing on our development and operational experience we were the first company to implement a full value chain branded beef model based on eating quality principles, which included developing a system for production, processing and retailing.

This system includes deboning, retail cut fabrication, cooked meal production and distribution model directly linking our farms to a chain of Polkinghornes branded retail stores in Australia.

Our company has now grown internationally with our technology and services being applied on a global scale for some of the world’s largest and fastest growing beef markets.
